King Yanz

Project Overview: I undertook the challenge of revitalizing the brand personality and strategy for an established brand and an emerging artist. The objective was to align and execute the brand's core values across the content strategy and branding.

 

Accomplishments: I collaborated with Yanz throughout our partnership to enhance his digital presence. This involved social media marketing initiatives, creating captivating posters for his live performances, designing an engaging website featuring his music and videos, and more.

Brand personality

This project included a lot of my favourite things about branding. Discovering and creating the core values and brand personality. The process of creating this brand personality involved examining the target audience, finding the right attributes and narrowing the dimensions of the personality and incorporate these into the branding strategy.

Brand strategy and targeting

To better understand how to interact with the target segment, I created a customer journey where the different aspects are mapped out and can be used in the branding and marketing strategy. This is an essential step in enhancing the target audience's experience.

Brand positioning and channels

A part of this project was also identifying the brand positioning, direct competition and niche target group. Based on the brand positioning some key marketing and brand activities could be implemented.
