Web design
The aim was to create a brand name and aesthetic appealing to Nordic consumers and showcasing the product range's unique selling points in a competitive market. Both the Swedish and the Finnish webshops were designed on Lightspeed. Part of the design was clever play with words on the banners and contrasting colours to make the content stand out.
Product management
All the product content was developed in-house and uniquely written, complying with SEO and Google best practices. The challenge with the content was the wide product range and finding ways to differentiate product descriptions enough between very similar products to be SEO-effective and ranked as unique content.
Market research
Before initating this project, a lot of market research was conducted, including comprehensive competitive analysis, keyword research and market trends. The market research continued through the webshop launch with an agile approach, including insights from existing clients, google analytics, and other valuable data that helped optimise the website and online shopping experience.
